330 lbs for 6 reps at deadlifts today.

Cable pull down
Close grip hammer smith machine high row

For floor press - is it DB or BB?  I have trouble getting the DB in position after certain weight.

Barbell. For DBs you need someone to hand them to you.

So that's trick.  I put them on a bench standing up.  Sat with my legs under the bench, then tried to lean back to the floor.  Worked to a point, then...notsomuch.

I tried it with 100's.  Then I said out loud "how fucking stupid are you".  I got lucky I didn't rip my shoulder out.

its not hard...just stand them upright and leverage them up....ive done it before...it works but is not ideal by any means  Cheesy
