Tuesday March 25th.
Leg Press:
10 sets-12-30 reps

Unilateral Leg Extensions:
1 set of 50 reps,alternating legs until I hit 50.

Lying Leg Curls:
6 sets-8-20 reps

Calf Raise:
6 sets to failure

Not too wide, just outside ass so your hands don't drag. At least how I've done them.
