I keep hitting my shoulder with the cleans, but I'm getting better. The get ups aren't so bad, start with a lighter KB, I use a 62lber for those.
Do you do the pistol squats?
ive never done em w kettlebells before-i youtube them and they look hard as hell
the only kettlebell stuff ive done are windmills,squats, swings, figure 8s,cleans and presses
whats the hardest in your opinion?
