I m pretty good w the figure 8s, but i have form trouble w the cleans...i keep turning it into a curl

i wanna try turkish get up but im worried about messing up my shoulder

mr nobody-figure 8s are a kettlebell exercise

Cleans were difficult to get down, but if you want to add difficulty to your figure 8's, try "throwing" the KB when you come forward so it comes up like a swing, then "pulling" it back between your legs with your lats.

Have you started flipping them yet?
