Don't really count sets or reps. But squats today was lighter @ 405 for around 6, lockouts to 585, stiff legged to 315 then max on the machine work. If I think about it we did 6 sets of squats, I think 5 sets of lockouts 4 or 5 sets of sldl, then superset non stop 4 rotations. Eh, average for a lighter week.
