For TM - make sure you get a hydration pack, mechanix gloves, etc.

I have one of those Camelback vest things.   Why the gloves?

Rope climbing, the monkey bar will be slippery as fuck, etc.

I know for my race - they helped a TON.  I saw dudes slip on the monkey bars and one guy broke his ankle cause it was slippery and the rope too

You wont regret it.

This is true, a combination is best rather predominant one or the other. But example I'm 6'2" played basketball in high school they put me at Center because I could jump and block guys shots at like 6'8". I wish I had more slow twitch but you are correct in your statement. I am strickly fast twitch meaning no endurance. You and 333386 seem to have a mix of both.

Yeah, I get my best results using both lower and higher reps together rather than relying on one exclusively.

I should add that I train primarily for hypertrophy, specifically.

Yes exactly you got to figure out the mix on fibers, high reps never has done a thing for me maybe on thighs and calves but marginal.

Of course not.  I just went through 5 months of limitaion pre/post shoulder surgery.   The key is to change it up - I took up running.  Cuts way down on the feeling like shit.

Just a few days ago.....

At 90ft? If I remember right it was 265# per hand, no set downs, I couldn't get the 285# more than halfway without setting them down. Then usually that meant setting it down a couple more times before getting 90'. If it helps we always used a fat grip on the handles.

Do you drink ??? :D
