Nice.

I just wish i could find somewhere outdoors w a pull up bar and monkey bars and shit like that near me.

I have a GI Bag which I plan to stuff w tons of shit to make it heavy for firemans carries, walking lunges, etc, dumbbells, kettlebells soon, the cones for sprints and bear crawls, etc.

Are there any playgrounds near you?

That's probably because kids today are generally softer, weaker versions than we were, so modern playgrounds aren't built with things that require serious physical effort.

I remember the old steel ones that were like erector sets.  Rarely EVER see those any more.

Some outdoor running paths (parks, etc in SoCal) have exercise stations along the way. Like chinning bars at one station, the next station might have a situp set up, dips bars, pushup bars (mounted to the ground or in cement), ladder bars, etc, etc, etc.. Even cement bench stations for one legged step-ups, ham stretches, etc.

Lot of Tri athletes do  sand sprints, and at time up the sand dunes, at the beaches. Can usually workout all year round out here.

Floor press - 20s, 30s then 50s x 12-15.  I was supposed to start with 15 and move up slowly, but I jumped up.   All easy, with minor shoulder soreness.   If I can get up to the 100s in a month, I can move to regular exercises.

20lb Medicine ball slams superset with burpees to chinup x 2

Today:

3.2 mile run.

For Chris:

Low Front Box Squat.  8, 5, 5, 5, 5, 3, 3.......

Four circuits, all exercises done consecutively:

6mph jog on treadmill for 1 min
10.5 mph sprint 1.5 min (little more than 1/4 mile)
Underhand towel pull up 8-12
Woodchopper:  20 reps per side
Dumbell squat swing: 12 reps
Plank: 45 sec
Hammer curl 12-15 reps

I modified what I saw on go ruck since I can't do any presses yet, and took out anything that made me feel like a fag in the gym......

Going to do the one you posted above outside this week.   What's an air squat?
