Did Spartan Race at Tuxedo NY - way harder than I expected but I finished strong.  Tons of hills, trails, walls, etc.

My boy Ray finished 5th overall out of 20,000 people so far

My legs are like hamburger meat and calves are sore like a mofo.  probably do upper body stuff.

The low crawl under the barbwire over mud and rocks tore my knees up

Maybe I'll post some of my wounds.    The underside of my right arm from elbow to armpit is purpole from having to jump up on the angled wall and get my arm over it.   My upper right thigh has a softball sized bruise from hitting a log, and both knees are scraped to shit from what you did.

And like a shit head, I dove over the finish to do a mudslide, and since NE is full of fucking rocks, I cut the shit out my hand and forearm.
