I'm considering a whole slew of exercise to forbid, but we'll start the three mentioned previously.

I did just buy this, though - going to screw some eye hooks into a board at home to make a station....mostly for fast twitch type stuff, band pulls, prehab, rc work....etc....

Missed my weights on Wendler, last workout.   Going to eat more.......

Yeah, that does look that way now that I look at the pic.

band pull aparts are really helpful...i always superset them with my pushing movements(flat usually)

i do heavy compound movements everyday..usually more than once a day...i just have no need for shit like leg extensions, or leg curls

i have 3 bands...a 50, 75, 100...they can hit your rear delts like no machine, or free weight ever could

You may substitue  RDL, SLDL, bulgarian split squat, back/front/box squats and step ups.
