Calf Raise:

Going to orthopedic today to find out if my summer's over, Calvin style.....

EDIT: Cortisone shot into the joint.  Should be fine for summer, but will limit pressing movements.  Hereby commencing further decension  into twinkville.

I'm having a great streak with this shit:

Scoring from third on a sac fly, 6' / 280 pound guy fires a laser home to try and get me and the ball drills me in the back of the head.   CT scans negative, but just got concussion #2 in the past year.

And, for the record, vicodin gave me no buzz at all.   >:(

WARM UP...cardio...15 minutes speed:3.5..incline: 10....

WORKOUT
flat barbell..for weight
incline machine..for reps
dips...to failure
abs..supersetted with dips
couple of different cable things for tri's

CARDIO
all kinds of running, rowing and cycling shit....still doing it actually...trying to waste time today
