Don't you hate when you're getting ready for a show and people who are eating junk in front of you try to convince you to take just one bite..."go ahead just one bite isn't going to kill you".

I remember having to seriously having to talk myself out of smashing their brains out with the nearest blunt object I could find... >:(

That brotha is HUNGRY!!!!   :o ;) ;D

Hang in there, Mike.  I don't know if this will help, but I convinced myself at crucial points of depletedness that taking a whiff of chocolate or just smelling sweets would suffice.

That would have been too much torture . I would have eaten the wrapper & all.I use to park the stationary bike in front of the TV & watch the local channel that showed various local resturant's & their speciality's. After the show ,I think hit at least 3/4 of them.................... .within a month.

No problem Mike! Keep it up bro. I know it's a hard road that requires 24 hour attention. Most of it is mental. And I think you got that down. The rest is "gravy".

Keep up those BCAA's. They help a lot.

Any questions you may have, let me know. You can PM me here or Email me at ************anytime.

Take care bro.

Sincerely,

Richard Jones

Notice how frozzors demeanor changed all together since he was caught in a lie, lol! He sure used this pics to make himself look more 'badass' hence the hardass comments he used to post. What a dipshit..

Not to get off topic, but I need to respond to this.  No professional bodybuilder would stand a chance on a pro, or even college (except maybe D-III), D-line.  Not only do they lack sufficient size (body builders are way too short) and speed (for DE or LB), they lack the necessary skill (of which there is a lot more than most people seem to realize).  If any of them could succeed at football, they would have pursued football.

bodybuilders arent short as a whole....jay ronnie gunter gustavo freeman taylor..and plenty more all good height. speed comes from leg strenght and im sure that all bodybuilders would get off the line quicker and more powerful than d-line in the nfl.     theres not too much skill needed if you can just throw the guy to the side.

:D

Mike you want to be able to eat those pancakes almost right up to the show?

Here is a tip ;)

take a dozen egg whites
couple of scoups of (soy protein isolate)this stuff can be bought for dirt cheap at Honeyville grain inc(do a search) i bought 4 pounds for just over $13...stuff is like flour but all protein ZERO carbs almost ZERO FAT...Works just like flour

put it in a frying pan....just like you would pancakes and cook same way...For toppings use all natural PB and spray "i can't believe its not butter" waldon farms makes a no fat--no sugar--no anything syrup....

try it out.......Soy Protein Isolate is the shit for this kind of stuff...

I think I know how I acted just a little better then you.

I was posting just like I did when 619rules was around and the only minor difference would have been that I started posting less.
its all good bro, college is rough, I always look forward to some getbig fun on some of my free time on the weekends not spend studying or palying soccer  ;)
But you're still a dipshit for some of the shit you ttalked with that account..I could care less if u fooled people about your identity all day, infact I thought it was pretty cool that u pulled it off but u were kind of a jackass about it too.

It's quite apparent that if Freak and Cheri were the only 2 people left in the world ... they should not try and re-populate the world.  That picture is aweful.  ROFLMAO
