Yes the mirror is the key.
yeah Im happy with the size and strength that have come back, I am thinking of upping the cardio now. I do quite a bit and I really like it. Whatever, Im happy so far, and my mind is in a better place thanks to training, so thats what counts the most.

I wasnt going to until I realized how much better I felt mentally and Physically. Its been a great change for the positive and I would be silly to quit.

just last week you were complaining about melting down, becoming emotional, not being able to stick to your diet as you were getting angry and losing your temper. what has changed?

shoulders dumbell presses 4 sets tri set---laterals + bent over alterals + front raises with bar 4 times cable side laterals 2 sets
triceps skull crushers 4 sets pushdowns supersetted with overhead rope 3 times
30 minutes HIIT on elliptical plus 60 minute fast walk outside

lolol that you say that, heres my facebook status tonight It always amazes me that 8 time Mr. Olympia can walk with this arms at his sides but the 175 pound "monster" at the local gym walks like he has a watermelon under each armpit. I train under a sweatshirt, I'm the polar opposite of those ILS guys.
