i eat like half fat, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs these days. compared to eating high carbs and low fat, i never noticed a difference. i never did super low carb long enough to make a judgment on that style.
i don't bother eating strictly "bodybuilding" foods anymore, either:



greek yogurt, fruit, mayonnaise, etc.
again, no difference. if anything, i'm leaner now than the days when i adhered to 3x as many "bodybuilding diet" rules:

i admit though, if i were juicing and trying to get bigger, i would probably try to get as many of the extra calories from carbs. fatty foods are kind of "worrisome" in that you get tons of calories but don't feel like you actually ate anything.
