Got weaker coz I train to pure and total failure every single goddamn day

Now I will only train 2 out of 3 days and the 2nd day after day 1 big bench and tricep day will be very very light back and legs every set at least 10 RIR

Gonna work on gaming some of the females there😉

Got crushed on bench barely did 155 for a single 😂😂😂😂

Machine bench also decreased

By... pec deck went up 22 pounds so this tells me that my delts and tris were fried by close grip just 2 days ago but my pecs jumped massive

So... what I have to do is put it all on one fuckimg day which j will know do

Cheque drops and test is going to be my core permanent cycle, and cheque drops only once every 3 days on my bench and tri day

If methyl tren works ill add if in

I'm alos never running var or.dbol ever again

It's nice to be limited to 2-4 compounds

Deca is a side player I may add OK occasion simply for aesthetics 💪

Died in his sleep in his mid 80s after chopping down a tree bigger than a telephone pole with a fucking axe, came in complaining of chest pains, was told he was getting weak and ignored, massive heart attack in his sleep. More work than the pedo could do much less would at 30 years younger
