Got weaker coz I train to pure and total failure every single goddamn day

Now I will only train 2 out of 3 days and the 2nd day after day 1 big bench and tricep day will be very very light back and legs every set at least 10 RIR

Gonna work on gaming some of the females there😉

Machine bench also decreased

By... pec deck went up 22 pounds so this tells me that my delts and tris were fried by close grip just 2 days ago but my pecs jumped massive

So... what I have to do is put it all on one fuckimg day which j will know do

Died in his sleep in his mid 80s after chopping down a tree bigger than a telephone pole with a fucking axe, came in complaining of chest pains, was told he was getting weak and ignored, massive heart attack in his sleep. More work than the pedo could do much less would at 30 years younger

Like I said I will SMOKE 210 for 5 with 3 full sec pauses and if I do that ill go straight to 220 for 5 that would put my estimated one rm @ 122-125 kg ie 265-275💪💪💪💪💪

The severity of dj's strength loss is astounding.  He's gone from a low 200s bench to 155 in under a month I believe.  I've done experiments with high frequency training going to failure/doing maxes every day in a row and didn't have a crash like this.

Possibilities:

1) dj is the biggest pussy that ever lived
2) dj's steroids are bunk, this is his natural strength without chemical assistance
3) dj has a major health problem: kidneys failing/spinal tumor
