you obviously never read any of Dougs writings or watched his videos

His methods are the most basic of all

Just a movement that takes a muscle through its full range of motion.
Oddly enough i´ve wrote to you before about his ideas on here.. & his ideas are very radical & certainly do not suggest just lifting a weight & putting it down ..as you wrote.

Ive gotten more out of the hex bar deads than any other lift.  Its simple and basic but hits the legs, back, shoulders, etc
Exactly & i think i will buy one for my home Gym.

Hey i do standing one leg calf raises two sets only and i have big calves. Calves are genetic.

Did legs last night exactly as i wrote and my legs are fucked. That is all.

Ive gotten more out of the hex bar deads than any other lift.  Its simple and basic but hits the legs, back, shoulders, etc
I never liked hex deads, never felt comfortable, just couldn't find a groove on them. Regular barbell deads always felt better to me.

According to mike isreatel and friends the bottom half of the movement is what causes all the growth so therefore as you need is to do the bottom half of the movement

Watched all 6 of platz steriod interviews and took notes read Yates and Kevin stack on musclar development watched countless videos on other pros stacks and here is the synopsis

Test anywhere from 600-1000 mgs

I've finally come to the realization that my genetics for adding on lean dry muscle tissue is horrible so I just now focus on pure strength

I've used 1.5 grams of gear a few times and the best it ever got me was a fat big bellied 180ish

Waist jumped from 27.5 to 33-34 inches

Vigorous Steve and co. say to increase gear dose if yoy eat more and only add fat which is exactly what happens when I eat more

Also finally got 8+ hours of deep uninterrupted sleep

First time in fuckimg weeks

This should allow my strength to finally go up as long as I sleep 8+ hours every day
