His methods are the most basic of all

Just a movement that takes a muscle through its full range of motion.
Oddly enough i´ve wrote to you before about his ideas on here.. & his ideas are very radical & certainly do not suggest just lifting a weight & putting it down ..as you wrote.

Ive gotten more out of the hex bar deads than any other lift.  Its simple and basic but hits the legs, back, shoulders, etc
Exactly & i think i will buy one for my home Gym.

Hey i do standing one leg calf raises two sets only and i have big calves. Calves are genetic.

Ive gotten more out of the hex bar deads than any other lift.  Its simple and basic but hits the legs, back, shoulders, etc
I never liked hex deads, never felt comfortable, just couldn't find a groove on them. Regular barbell deads always felt better to me.

According to mike isreatel and friends the bottom half of the movement is what causes all the growth so therefore as you need is to do the bottom half of the movement

I've finally come to the realization that my genetics for adding on lean dry muscle tissue is horrible so I just now focus on pure strength

I've used 1.5 grams of gear a few times and the best it ever got me was a fat big bellied 180ish

Waist jumped from 27.5 to 33-34 inches

Vigorous Steve and co. say to increase gear dose if yoy eat more and only add fat which is exactly what happens when I eat more

Last I checked I don’t need anyone’s permission to have goals my goals the next 12 months are a follows. I don’t think they are unreasonable and I do think I was close prior to surgery

350 bench
409 squat
500 deadlift

But yeah obviously the next 6 months is just going to be recovery from surgery

If you guys want to pretend I am fat or skinny that’s on you I will be in shape as always

So I have gained like 12 pounds and 5 is fat so that means the other 7 is muscle and or glycogen

Starting Monday ima diet on 1500 cals and drop this 5 pounds of bodyfat while holding all the muscle

I haven't even started The ACE yet

Ill run 20 MGS ACE ed with 30 mgs test e ed and 150 drol on big bench day

I'll start the ACE and drol once I finish the halo which will be in bout 3 weeks
