4 mile run 1 hour on stair master w 55lb ruck 150 push-ups w ruck on. 20 minutes on bicycle progressive resistance each minute upping level of difficulty from level 1 to 20
What does your diet look like training for this thing?
Was this a treadmill or outside again. If treadmill, what speed are you doing for the 1/4 mile?

Try it - sit on a bike - recumbent or otherwise at level 1 and each minute progress 1 higher level until you hit 20 for 20 minutes. By the end its killer!
