I've had a bunch of those workouts lately...

Push Up Pyramid to 30

20 x 25 yard - dynamic execises like bounding high knees, etc

6 x 1/4 mile sprint / pull ups max / push press x 10 / Squats x 20 / Lunges x 20 / Box Jumps x 10

1 hour on stair master w 55lb ruck

150 push-ups w ruck on.

20 minutes on bicycle progressive resistance each minute upping level of difficulty from level 1 to 20

Treadmill - usually 8.5 or 9  - my running is not my strong suit at all  - I hate running

GoRuck HEAVY is bad enough - the last 3 Selection classes have no produced even one finisher. 

I am in the best shape of my life right now and can tackle almost anything  - but GR Selection seems even more than anything possible for me right now.   Maybe 10 years ago - but not now.
