GoRuck HEAVY is bad enough - the last 3 Selection classes have no produced even one finisher. 

I am in the best shape of my life right now and can tackle almost anything  - but GR Selection seems even more than anything possible for me right now.   Maybe 10 years ago - but not now.

33 type training is brutal, felt sick after the last circuit.  Long way to go....I suck.


Week 2 5/3/1 CG Bench 6 sets  5/5/3/3/3/3
Week 2 5/3/1 Box sqaut  6 sets 5/5/3/3/3/3 - had to combine because I missed a day

5x circuit, one min rest in between:

DB Bench x 10
Pullup x 5
Box jump x 10
Flutter kick x 50
DB squat x 10

Very hard to find a spot to do a bench and a 50 yd bear crawl.

Do they mean pick a weight you can rep steady for a full minute?

People underestimate timed movements...most of my lifting life had revolved around time and not reps...something I'm gonna start back once I'm done rehabbing

Link isn't working for me.  So you bench for a minute straight?  What weight do you to use - I assume it's a big drop in weight since it's going to be 30-40 reps, no?
