Tried to do the six minute mile......did not make it.....then the rest of the workout was horrible so I stopped.

Run 2 miles - every 1/2 mile stop and do 20 squats, 20 half squats, 20 lunges


Ruck 4 miles w 65lb Ruck  - Every 1/4 mile stop - 10 push ups & 30 second Plank

I had to stop training last night after three sets on triceps

my muscles cramped so badly they locked out

was fucking agony

im trying magnesium to stop them

any other ideas

I get those in my calves horrible unless I have enough electrolyes on my system.  Horrible feeling.

I was turned on to Emergency Sports Drink powder to add to my water and Nunn Tabs - during my last event they worked perfect.

23 miles and not a cramp whatsoever

Sugar free tonic water...anything with quinine will make it stop

2 x 3/4 mile sprint


1 minute plank between each set

Added 7 mile Ruck tonight.  Was thrilled to average 15 minute mile with many elevation changes and terrain differences.  Stew Smiths workouts are freaking delivering. 

I cant implore enough - get his books - he knows WTF to do.
