Been sick on and off the last few weeks...haven't been able to lift....turning twinkish like Grape Cry

After college, I tried to gain weight, got to just under 200lbs.   Looked like absolute shit - my shoulders were like softballs, but  my arms were like dj181 pre drugs......

I just have short muscle insertions....only look good when lean.
