After college, I tried to gain weight, got to just under 200lbs.   Looked like absolute shit - my shoulders were like softballs, but  my arms were like dj181 pre drugs......

I just have short muscle insertions....only look good when lean.

310 lbs today at deadlifts for 6 reps but i am not going to do that again because i'm going to find my @@ at the floor...
