You've been having a tough time with jerks for years, IIRC. Have you ever tried finding someone knowledgable enough to teach you the right way? There are some YouTube videos I've come across that offer instruction.

Some people just can't do them..no matter how much they practice..my best friend from birth can't do them and he has tried everything possible...

I used to do them all the time...but haven't did them in over a year...I was so-so at them

I've never tried them, but I know a great deal is down to technique as opposed to raw power. As such, I would expect biomechanics to be a factor, too: the way that shorter guys often handle more weight on the BP, etc.

Shoulders get a good workout. ;D
Honestly the only thing that is "bad" is my left foot doesn't come forward on the heavier jerks.

The heatwave is knocking me around.  I have been training but there are times I feel very sluggish and tired from the heat.  Yesterday trained chest and delts and then did 20 mins on treadmill.  Today I am trying to motivate myself to go to gym.

Edit:  Got my ass to the gym and did 40 mins on the treadmill.

I thrive on the heat..I would do anything for 100+ degrees right now...where I live it stays hot..so this cold spell isn't working for me

Too hot for me here. I live near the equator. I have no cold water in my taps. Only hot water flows from the cold taps and my shower steams up using cold water. We can trade counties.... I will take your winter over this

Since your in the low cal phase, do you just increase the reps, or just stay consistent all the time?
