1/2 Hour  - Heavy Dumbbells  - upper body work out.   Military Press / Rows / Curls / Bench Upright Rows etc

1/2 Hour - Cardio on slower but heavier resistence intensity

October 2014


They have one going on this weekend and it is so insane and off the hook - making me question myself.  14 down to 7 within the first 5 hours.   Its a 48+ Hour  -  80-100 Mile event.   They are about 30 hous in right now and down to 3.  The pictures have been awful.  Like bataan death march.
