I use a couple of stretching techniques with fellas that have back issues, they can now squat and dead pain free. It's amazing what some stretching will do for the human body.


I do stretches for legs,back and hips....I still cant run for shit anymore but at least it doesn't hurt like before.

Wall foam roll
Plank with shoulder tap
Kneeling Landmine press

Incline bench:  4 x 8
Single arm incline DB 4 x 8

5 rounds:
15 sit up
15 push up
30 mountain climbers
30 sec plank.

Accessory:
Accumulate 5 min of hanging L-sit:  This is impossible, I can hold it for a few seconds.

Stretch, etc: NO
