Mon - chest/arms Wednesday - legs Friday - back Saturday - shoulders
Right now I'm doing 30 mins of cardio 5x a week.

That's what i use to love bout P/L......... bust your ass for an hour or so, depending how many reps of B.S i got in,3 days a weeks and eat like a pig...........now i switch off and on been doing high reps except on bench and squats but i still have a lot of joint pain.  I feel like a million bucks joint wise. I think people really feel to realize that as a powerlifter, you dont have to go over 90% of your max to get strong. Before that 710, I hadnt pulled more than 590 since November.

I feel like a million bucks joint wise. I think people really feel to realize that as a powerlifter, you dont have to go over 90% of your max to get strong. Before that 710, I hadnt pulled more than 590 since November.
I'm doing heavy doubles on Monday and Friday.......no more than 90%1RM and I'll be testing my max in 3 weeks, so we'll see if this PL style I've tried works or not.

My gym won't let cameras or vids  last night was, bent over rows dumbell bent over rows seated cable rows.{2 cable grips for a deep stretch} pullups skull crushers seated overhead tricep extensions cable pulldowns

Usually when I am working out I feel like smoking and going outside(why are gyms smoke free anyway?) along with my texting is just too time consuming. I hate chewing tobacca, but I kind of dig that new SNUS stuff, so I put one in and I am fine. As far as my routine goes, no one wants to look like me so who cares lol. Just trying to shed my last 5 or 6 winter pounds lately, bought a new mountain bike, but quickly realized I hate riding it, so I just eat less.

I'm lazy when it comes to forearms and calfs...ok I'm not lazy I just don't do em  my forearms are pitiful, so they aren't working. I swear, my gym had a fire drill today. I felt like i was in fifth grade  . I was talking to the lt. asking why he disrupted my awe inspiring session and i guess the owner requested one.
