Sand bag carry, carry two 5 gallon jugs around, spear throw, etc

Every obstacle you fail - you have to do 30 burpees

Are you drinking enough water, brother? Many headaches result from dehydration.

LMAO!!!
You've got to use it the right way. Just do a YouTube search for foam rollers. Or search for "foam roller calves." There are tons of videos out there. Some are pretty decent.

Congratulations and good luck!

If I calculate it right I might be in the top 10-15% of the 10,000 who competed, and this was my first time ever doing this and i was a fat slob and a mess this timr last year.  So im pretty happy.

Rushfit works.

5 circuits of   - 25 pushups  - 5 pull ups - 10 pop ups

5 circuits of (25lb dumbbell) - 10 step ups onto 1.5ft plyo box - 10 squat thrusts

10   100lb kettle ball tied to 50 ft rope tug o war pulls

1 mile run at 9 minute pace

Add in the rowing machine 5 sets at 500 meter per 2 minutes

And you will be in beast shape.   I used this workout for the race and over preptared.  Nailed almost everything.

Getting back to bodybuilding and doing less KB stuff.

Feels good but my metabolism is too ramped-up and lifts are waaaaaayyyyy off from a few years ago.

I'm borderline tiny tit (191lbs) and many here would be justified in smacking the fuck out of me, LOL!

Good and bad.

Ex is depressed and making two of the kids crazy.

I'm leaving town, for school, at the worst possible time that could be imagined. Not leaving town now means delaying graduation by more than one year. :)
