10 sets of 10 at deadlifts
3X8 of hyperextensions
3X10 of dumbbell pull over
3X8 of wide grip pull downs
3X8 of dumbbell rows

abs and 30 minutes of cardio

And after rice and pineapple with cinnamon and some chicken breast.

And then i had a crash... i ate two sandwitvhes with chicken, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Peck Fly machine 3X8

Hammer dumbbell curls 3X8
Barbell curls 3X10

Shoulder press with dumbels-Side lateral raises with dumbells-Reverse peck fly machine

All in a giant triset, 10 sets of 10 reps.

Then some barbell shrugs (i think 5 sets of 10-8 reps) and abs.

My knee is killing me... i couldn't do sumo squat today, so i did 10 set of 10 romanian deadlifts, leg curl machine 3 sets of 10 and laying leg cur machine 3 sets of 10.

Fuck, i am getting old :)

23.5 miles - 13 hours.    Ill post pics soon but im fucking smoked and exhausted.  Have ot slept in 2 days. Was hardest event of my life - but most rewarding.
