Tried for first time today to do some snatch. Pretty well actually with strict technique 5 reps with 50 kgs.

2977 people died in 9/11 - I am trying to do at least that amount of reps or exercises in horror of each of the innocent victims. So far today I did the following w plans tomorrow to finish the rest:

 200 squat thrusts
 100 pull ups
 400 pushups
 1000 flutter kicks
 200 sits ups
 100 squat & press w Barbell
 100 kettlebell swings w 50lb
 73 Floors on the Stairmaster -

 2173 in all - Ill hit to the number tomorrow!!! Never forget

Im in the best shape of my life right now.  Even the two Green Berets who led my GRC this weekend said to me at least twice that for a guy my size muscle wise - my cardio and stamina is off the hook

I lost a close friend in Iraq - but regardless - try half of that in 45 minutes and post on GB from the ER.   Deal?

I am pretty confident I can do half of that, I don't know about the 45 minutes through, I have to wash my hands every 5 minutes and it may hinder me.

Sorry to hear man about your friend. Was you in Afghanistan I was on a plane once. I hear this military guy talking he was in Iraq and Afghanistan he said Afghanistan was much worse due to the mountains and caves.
