Can you chip over a bunker from a tight lie with a green that slopes away from you and leave it within a foot?

Ran 2 miles
20 push-ups superset with 20 pull-ups for 5 sets
10 Barbell lunges superset with 10 jump squats 10 sets
5 sets of 25 dips
Abs..5 minutes of leg raises..5 minutes of sit-ups
Ran another 3 miles

Ran out of body parts to lift for this week so I threw this together at the last minute..doing arms or something tomorrow
