Only on deep breaths and if I use my weight belt. I'm having trouble with that whole "rest" thing. ;D
If rest is a issue. Do some light squats heels on plates or on a inch board still the best exercise ever. These will help the back and abdomen.

I've used one of those things... It was "ok", it felt kind of awkward though.

Range of motion at 90 degrees, pain every day.  Might get clearance this week on Fri to actually lift something......fingers crossed.
