Suuuuure  ...my gym has a hammer leg press where the weights are seperate for each leg. Is that cause members aren't coordinated enough to use both legs at once

Only on deep breaths and if I use my weight belt. I'm having trouble with that whole "rest" thing.  If rest is a issue. Do some light squats heels on plates or on a inch board still the best exercise ever. These will help the back and abdomen.
