When you say 3 sets are all 3 until failure maybe one? 3 would contribute to overtraining in the future.

delts db press front press superset with side laterals cable pull to chest with low pulley row attachment bar rear delt rear trap 2x upright row 2x front raise underhanded palms up with curl bar
traps fr shrug with 45 lb plate each hand
forearms wrist roll weighted rope behind back wrist curl
calves standing calf raise..

after reading the workout i switched it up a bit for today... just got a new 8lb sledge... very light for speed

yes,,,as a middleweight in the 90's no big deal did what i wanted was satisfied,,,this is my own thing keep it going at my age 44 and pushing to be best my build can achieve,meals,training,supp,s all in order day after day lol,,an yes no drug's involved ,did cycle in 89-91 so not lifetime natural sorry...
