Neutral DB push press 3 x 8 -------. lat pulldown 3 x10

Sandbag zercher 3 x 10
Plyo box jump 3 x 12    24" x 2  30" x 2
Swiss ball curl x 12

Starting point for limited workouts for six weeks.  Hope to make up for with additional overall volume of work.

Xbox Mossa?  wramup 17 min - kicks/squats/burpees, pushup, etc...(this doesn't work day after legs and feels dumb doing anyways - wife was on treadmill)

1/2 mile jog @ 6 mph

Sprint circuit:  10mph   20 sec on/off   Incline 1 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 (hard)

1/2 mile jog @ 6 mph

Battle rope superset:  double / single arm  20 sec / 15 sec / 10 sec  / 5 sec
