Military Press 4 sets 10 reps with no more than 30 seconds rest between sets
Laterals--4 sets of 10 same low rest
High Pulley Laterals--same 3x10 low rest
Front Raises---3x10 low rest

Calves seated calf raises 5 sets
Standing calf raises 5 sets   ooooooooooo I love training calves--favorite part
60 minutes on treadmill walking on constant incline

looking at all your food i notice you use a lot of condiments...ketchup, ranch dressing, cool whip.....

you would make a lot of room in your diet if you didnt have those...or just slightly more healthy choices...

just replace a daytime meal with a good whey shake, and replace a night meal with a good casien and it will knock your protein up, and push the other shit down a little...
