You feel much fitter overall with some running or interval training in there...i know i do.

Yeah, agree totally.  It's a different feel throughout the entire day too, not just during exercise.

NOOOOO....just don´t want to look like a fat Blob, plus i like being fast on my feet and agile. You are more of a strength training sort of guy. For me all round fit is strength,endurance,flexibility. well each to his own.

How's recovery?

I did one set of 60lb DB presses x 12 and it didn't hurt the next day.   I may start pushing it soon.

5 sets   -    10 burpees - 10 curl & press 10 squats 2min rowing machine 10 curl &press 10 squats 10 burpees

5 sets  -     10 burpees - 5 pull ups  - 10 dumbbell swings or upright row  - 10 burpees

5 sets  -    curl & press w 50lb dumbbells

Light dumbbell exercises to warm up  -  15 minutes

5 x 5 sets  - w 50lb dumbbells  -  curl  - press - squat - bent over row

5 Sets  - 10 burpees 20 pushups 5 pull ups 10 burpees    - little no rest 

5 sets  - 5 burpees 5 pull ups 5 pull ups 5 burpees  - little no rest

5 sets   - 2 min rowing machine - 100 flutter kicks

5 sets abs

2.5 mile run - to school to hit baseballs / pitch to my son for an hour (him on bike)
1.5 mile run - to ice cream / farm.   (None for me)
2.5 mile run home - until the fucking pain in my left leg got so bad I had to walk.

This is why I fucking hate running.  No idea what's even wrong.   Hurts below knee on the outside.

Is this shin splints?
Y
