4 Weeks to go till GoRuck HEAVY.   Been destroying my workouts and in best shape of my life right now.  Down 192-193lbs and shredded.  
Doing tons of interval training 
Today for example  - 
400 Meter Sprint x 12 
But in between each Sprint  - 1 minute situps, 1 minute pushups, 1 minute plank, 1 minute lunges
