People talk about TRT dosages at 500mgs a week, I used to compete taking no more than 750 mgs.
When it gets to 3-4gms of test and other compounds guys must be just constantly pinning 2 or three times a day.

i cant use tren at all. even very low dose (100mgs per week as an experiment) gave me puffy nips.
highest dose of test i have ever used was 500mgs every 5 days.
this is my first time with masteron and have been running it for 2 months now.
last summer i ran 400mgs of test per week and 4iu Gh (rips and hyges) per day.
i will admit that I rarely come off because i honestly cant deal with how it feels mentally and physically to be off. 100% addicted, i dont hide that fact.

Cardio for cutting is a waste of time, 20 minutes at a high level on a bike burns around 200 cals, its easier to just cut 200 cals FFS.

Last year at the Ontarios there was a guy that was 220 at six foot and looked very lanky up there, my friend is 6'3 and competes at 277lb and looks lanky, tall people look this way standing alone, if he was posing next to a 5'7 bodybuilder side by side you would very much agree he looks 220 at 6 foot.
For reference Arnold in competition shape was reportedly 235-240 lbs at about 6'1" maybe 6'2".exactly. and considering my actual weight in the morning is around 217 and considering I would need to drop probably close to 10-15lbs of water and a slight bit more fat to actually step on stage that would put me around 205 or so on stage. 205 shredded compared to 240 shredded is a huge difference.

Further reading tells me you don't know the credentials on the board. If you want BETTER abs? You have to begin with weighted leg raises, I mean at least 45-90lb weight increase on any leg raise. Use some weight, do more Cardio, you're upper abs are to strong for what dwindles at the waist line. Your carrying some water and a little fat. I think this depends on someone's goals. Awhile back you indicated you were once fat. You are probably really pleased with how lean you look today, and that is fine. Other folks, like me, started out as 90 lb. weaklings getting sand kicked in our faces. The highlight of my life was when I got up to 225 at 5'11". I always wanted to be big. Unfortunately, I am still pretty big at 210 and now shrunk with age and spine compression to 5'10" or so. At my age (68) I must admit that too much of that weight is not muscle weight as I'd prefer. However, I never want to go back to being that skinny kid again. In other words, I am more happy than unhappy with how I look today. Of course I don't think my legs would fit in them, even if I lost weight. I am a fairly large boned guy. My wrists measure over 9". At 204 lbs. and 5'10 1/2" I am a big dude compared to some folks. I guess those cycles of D-bol I did back in the day really did transform me forever. Now that my testosterone levels are pretty much in the toilet, getting ripped is a huge task. When I was 22 it was almost gone on top. I had it buzz cut and liked it. Aside for a few hippy dippy years when I let it grow on the sides (looking something like Bozo the Clown in retrospect), I have kept it short. I wrote my thesis from a humorous aspect because the more I investigated this subject the more ridiculous and expensive the remedies I found out about were.
I remember interviewing a fellow I met at the gym who was undergoing scalp reduction. What that is, is where a doctor cuts away a portion of the bald scalp, pulls up the remaining scalp and sews it back together. This is repeated once the skin has healed, until the scalp is fully foliated. Of course someone as bald as me would end up with a permanent smile and laughing eyes. ;D
The thesis was submitted to a publisher of educational books, mainly because of my humorous take on the subject and because humor is often missing in theses.
Sounds as if knew there was no cure so just laughed it off. I asked this question because if I lost my hair I'm not sure I could handle it.

One good solution for hair loss that doesn't cost and arm and a leg or cause disfigurement is wearing hats. I have quite a few hats. Driving caps and berets look best on me, so I mostly stick to these styles. In the winter, they keep my head warm. In the summer some guys shave their heads or buzz cut their hair, so being bald you will fit right in. Of course it really helps if your head has a good shape. Dome heads don't look so good bald, IMO.

When I was a youngster, I was a toe head. As I got older my hair darkened some. It was it's darkest when I was in my late twenties to my late thirties.
I actually started thinning while I was still in high school. Attached is a photo of me at about 22 or 23 years old. You can see that there wasn't a lot of hair up there. The second photo is me at 17 years old with my sisters who were adopted 9 months apart when I was 14 and 15 years old. Like the other photo, even at 17 I did not exactly have a thick head of hair.

Low intensity works plain and simple. The goal is to be barely sweating, HR around 120-140 BPM. I even notice that Low Intensity fills me our and gives me a slight overall pump compares to a brutal high intensity cardio session which in a calorie deficit, will flatten me out, (just as the books would say that it would.)
