Get a good lawyer and don't discuss your case or any of the circumstances with ANYONE ELSE ESPECIALLY ON THE MESSAGE BOARD. The fact that you're actually discussing the case on these message boards is quite reckless of you and will cause you many problems down the line. By your own statements, you have admitted to assaulting someone. The fact that you were defending yourself doesn't matter. A jury will only see a helpless woman and a 250 pound bodybuilder monster...you get my drift.
For your sake, don't let any internet poster bait you into saying something and don't do any interviews or shows to defend yourself. Keep your trap shut until you talk to an attorney who will most likely tell you the same thing and let him work his magic in straightening out this horrific mess.

Melvin Goodrum was the one who reported that Arthur Jones died. That was a sticky at the top of Getbig. So Goodrum knows how to get his name up there. This buffoon did a Google search on my name and reported that I was a plumber working in New Zealand. Must be true because he saw it on the internet. What a simpleton hapless Melvin is. So now this fearless self-styled reporter has requested police and court documents about events re Milos Sarcev and the law. The documents he posted don't establish facts at all. They merely are reports by officials and courts about allegations, etc. It is up to a court to establish truth and falsehood re those events. Goodrum is not doing a good service at all but merely speculating and this is often not beneficial to anyone involved.
The thread on MD where Milos made some comments has disappeared. That is sensible because the internet is not the place to decide legal disputes. We have no idea what happened so should refrain from speculating. Goodrum has made statements about Koloseum closing and according to Shawn Ray this is not true. Melvin is too thick to appreciate that he might be ill-informed and wrong about what he believes happened. Milos must be shaking his head to see internet hero and nincompoop Goodrum getting involved in his unhappy situation.
I hope Milos and his family sort things out. The last thing he needs is to read distortions and speculations on the internet.

As a gym owner I sympathize with Milos. I can tell you that the gym business is a challenging one and in recent years there have been lots of new gyms to compete with. Couple that with the downturn in America and we can appreciate that many gyms might be doing it tough. I have no idea what the situation is with Milos but if posts on his site Enter the Mind are true then it appears that he has lost control of his facility which seems to be run by his wife and partner(s).
We don't know what is going on but it appears that Milos is being detained until a trial comes up. I don't know this for a fact but that seems to be his situation. This is a very serious and sad situation and I hope things get sorted out. I certainly would help Milos if I could. It says on his site that he has to use his daughter's account to post there. I hope he has some friends that can support and help him.

Not trying to modest but I'm not as ripped as I might appear. My body fat was measure at just below 9%. And I'm really not that "cut". The illusion is that I'm naturally veiny and vascular, expecially when it's hot. Cutler at 4% doesn't look that ripped because he doesn't have veins. Yesterday someone at the gym commented on how "ripped" my arms were. I then raised my arm over my heard for about ten seconds until all the blood drained out and my veins disappeared and then when I brought them back down it was like night and day. Just a twinky not even 15.5 inch guns. Maybe I'll post a before and after pic if I ever have an uncharacteristic burst of energy to take the pics and post it.

Even at a very reasonable $2.50 an IU at 4ius a day that still comes out to $300/month. Don't worry, my friend. Per your incessant nagging I've dropped my protein intake considerably (before it was 300-350 grams/day at a body weight of 180-185lbs -- LOL!) and increased my carb consumption. I want to (blasphemy!) hold more water and look fuller rather than drawn and depleted. I still probably get close to 200 grams of protein because I'm an unrepentant carnivore but at least no more protein drinks. I'll take those weight gainers like Up Your Mass or Cytogainer (whatever is on sale) as a meal replacement when I'm short on time or just don't feel like eating (I'm like Matt C in that I don't have a big appetite and could easily get by on two meals a day rather than the four I force down). But I think of those drinks more as meal replacement because of the macro nutrient profile. More carbs than protein at an almost 2 to 1 ratio. Both brands have very little, just few grams, of sugar.
If nothing else at least I'm saving some considerable ching by not downing all those protein drinks to get that magic 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. That's an awesome marketing tool that I fell for hook, line and sinker for many years.

1st: He is an EX-IFBB pro, he should have much less problems to have a good running gym than some no name. He has the name, the connections, his own supplement line. If he was smart, he could make a lot of money, but apparently he isn't.

You're right about people exaggerating their weight, measurements, and body composition. Something I just don't understand. No matter what stats you claim it's not going to change what you actually look like. People will look at my calves in pictures and say I could get away with saying that they are 18 inches instead of 16. But my response would be "Why?" They are what they are.
You have a sharp and trained eye. Shop out the veins and you will notice there is no cross striations on the tris on any striations visible on the delts as you would expect on someone 5-6 percent which is what some claim I really am. But it was a hot day, typical of Hawaii, mid afternoon, and the veins and vascularity come out more giving the illusion of "rippness."

Well obviously you are NOT a majority owner as you claimed in your previous post. Majority means 51% or more. Per your last admission you only own 1/3 of 95% which comes to 31.66%. So, the other shareholders can easily get together and vote you out, which means you will have no involvement or rights other than being a silent minority shareholder. They can even deny you entry to the offices and premises. Your partners wouldn't need your wife for anything to get you out of the day-to-day operations. By getting together they have a majority and there is nothing you can do about it.

I still don't know what to think about Milos. She got credit loans on my name, behind my back...Refinanced my houses, sold them and got numerous properties in California...some in Florida...And as you all know - my gym closed...why exactly...?

I got a message from Milos. He is concerned about his safety. Under these circumstances I find it appalling that some of the Flotsam say nasty things instead of supporting someone in dire straits. Milos and I have both been in business with wives so have something in common. I appreciate what can happen when things go wrong in a marriage.
