To ESF. Those of us who have not been incarcerated have little idea what it is like. Sure, we saw Cool Hand Luke and other movies about prisons but there is no substitute for experiencing the real thing and the people there. However, Getbig is almost the total opposite of a prison community. There are no dominant people here and if we replace the guards with moderators we have to admit Getbig is a free for all compared to a controlled prison life. On Getbig a newcomer is typically welcomed with putdowns and ridicule. It is a kind of baptism. So getting attacked on Getbig doesn't require any kind of retaliation except a witty reply. We have seen encounters that escalate until one party claims he had sex with his adversary's mother. Stuff like that. In prison, you would be dead if you behaved like the dorks on Getbig.
Is it fun getting tarred and feathered here? Depends. Sort of amusing if it isn't happening to you but not quite as funny when we are the target of sarcasm and ridicule. So there is no need to use prison jargon and attitudes here on Getbig. Go with the flow and don't react to everything. Try not to be seen as stalking someone else. Even if you believe they deserve what they get it will soon be obvious that you have an agenda against them and that goes against the spirit of this place. You are an interesting guy, reasonably intelligent and can learn from your experience. Show us that you are capable of fitting is with the flotsam here. There are several ways to handle nasty remarks here on Getbig. To reply in kind is the hard way because it escalates and no one wins. Try out thinking the anonymous flotsam. Ignoring them works, too. If you react to taunts you will forever be sorting out these tools. This isn't like prison where you can retaliate and make people show respect. Here the anonymous tools thrive on guys like you. I also had rhinoplasty/nasal reconstruction. This was when I was 29 years old. I suffered a severe deviated septum which made breathing though my nose nearly impossible. I'd hoped for some cosmetic improvements along with the interior reconstruction. Well, I still had a fat nose after all was said and done, but at least I could breathe through it and still can to this day. I am not sure what the connection would be between nasal reconstruction and the need to be on antibiotics though. How does a messed up airway cause one to have an infection? If you are talking about a compromised immune system due to allergies or sinus issues, here is a little about this surgery.yes I remember you telling me about your surgery. I was on antibiotics because of a build up of mucus due to a flu that I had endured. That's when the infections started anyway. Prior to this I just couldn't sleep with my mouth closed. I had two things performed..... It was cleaned out ( old built up mucus and infection )and my bone was broken and set so that it was straight and my surgeon said that he made it slightly wider where it was once narrower. I don't really get allergies or sinus... I might get hayfever for a couple of days before winter but that's all.

No worries, I have 5 years experience and an appreciation of how good I had things. Nearly finished physio on shoulder (girl makes me suffer but I love him for it) and raring to hit it hard again. Might add something other than test to my cycle and clean up diet. Been on low t for 4 years now while I cleaned myself up from recs.Don't allow the number 30 to mess with your mind. OK on this I bitched about my dad only paying for shit and having no relationship with me. He saw himself as provider nothing more. He did a great job at that but I felt rejected, maybe I was being faggy but we had no relationship, until recently I put friends before family. Since I brought this up we got help and get on great, have dinner the odd weekend with my gf and family and it is enjoyable, not a chore. Well you are right about this. Although my wife and I moved in the same circles growing up, we never met. When we finally and fatefully connected, we were strangers with some shared history and a lot of differences. Opposites attract they say. We were near opposites with an affinity for each other. They said it would never work. My family and hers bet against success. 50 years later we are proving them wrong. Of course most of those naysayers have passed, but we still envision ourselves thumbing our nosed at them.
