With the lighting and color tone change, along with the different pose, the only discernible difference is in the mid section, and to the untrained eye, this too looks similar due to the twist.
In the first photo it appears as if UkJeff is holding more water, however, not to the tune of 15lbs. Hence the question.

Moreover, no knowledge of you having a tie in to the situation in Egypt has been mentioned that has been seen, nor has there been mention of you being a fighter.
When someone states they are getting down to fighting weight, 8 of 10 people will logically conclude this is regarding some sort of contest involving fighting.
Cutting weight and making fighting weight have been associated with wresting and combat sports for many years.

Agreed the picture on the right, there is a difference in the mid section.
Due to the lighting and angle between the two, there are more similarities than differences (ie vascularity levels close, etc)

BTW, looking good. That last little bit of fat lower abs, low back and upper thigh over the femoral artery is always a bitch. First place to gain, last to go and it's so hard to be patient while you try to preserve all your muscle tissue.

Serious question to "no one" how much better condition wise do you think you are in your photo here and how much have I got to lose fat wise to match your condition?
To me forearms and shoulders look the same , you have more vascularity in the chest but I suspect thats down to the galienko breath holding pose technique.

Oh I agree, pics can be misleading.
People get in bathroom mirrors and get the lighting just right, or they find the best spot in the gym , blow them selves up to the maximum and take a picture.
The same people taken in repose or off guard can look nothing like their show or gym pics.
Photos done in a studio are one shot attempts (it was back then, no digital cameras), if you are not in tip top shape the harsh lighting will show it up, just like being on stage.
Don't think for one minute studio photographers let you waddle around looking for the best light, there is a mark on the floor and you stand on it.
Its one thing having photos taken alongside untrained fat guys and its another getting up on stage and comparing yourself with other guys in contest shape.
Next time Gal you may want to get a photo of yourself alongside another 'in shape' guy at the gym, it will give everyone here and yourself a true reflection of how you compare.

as for the comparos to other guys, we currently have only full shredded guys who are smaller, or competitors who are not so lean, they dwarf he badly(some of them), but they dont look good in pics, however irl, they dont look as fat or watery as the pics may suggest.
there gonna be some competitons some time novemeber ,will see what i can do with taking pics, but usualy they look better only the last 1-2 weeks before shows, conditioning -wise.
i got a pic somewhere with me and the juniors nats champ, he doesnt do very well in that pic ;D ;D

Day in the life of "no one"
Gets up tries to pee, cant, way too de-hydrated.
Takes off pyjama bottoms and puts on his tracksuit bottoms with his eyes closed in case he catches a glimpse of his pencil thin legs thus ruining his entire day.
Picks out his favourite tight vest that enhances his overly developed upper body (compared to legs)
Goes to the kitchen , no idea why, he isn't going to eat anything, he had a binge day two days ago, still another 12 hours before he can eat again.
Dog looks at him almost in tears because its not had a walk for two days because "no one" has been at the gym permanently pumping his arms and delts without coming home.
Checks get big to see if ukjeff has said anything about him, shock horror, he sees a post from someone else not being 100% behind him, breaks down in tears before composing himself and totally ignoring it while he melts down at ukjeffs picture.
Makes overly critical ludicrous statements about said picture totally overcompensating showing his insecurity and hatred for ukjeff, who in reality has only ever complimented "no ones" upper body photos.
Spends the rest of the day staring into his waist high mirror saying "you're the man" over and over to himself whilst gritting his teeth trying to see the muscles in his cheeks move.

I hope when people see the results I have achieved in 8 weeks it gives them an alternative idea than simply not eating for days on end.

I would like to say I have enjoyed it here but TBH its been a massive letdown.

Well, at least I know a reduction in a gram of fat in the diet allows you to eat an additional gram of protein and a gram of carbs and still stay in a calorific deficit.

after that, some will respond better some not so much, some will soon max out.

I'm on fucking prohormones right now... and I'm in the high 230s with single digit bodyfat.
Time in is HUGE....I don't train for a month and in still a big, muscular SOB..just not as lean. Training for 30 years hard and consistent will do that.

but yeah, even if i dont train at all for a year, the size doesnt go on holydays,or falls off, just fatter, less glygogen stored in muscle etc.
thats why i always say, every single workout is a long term step in the right direction, ofc it has to be a good workout just being present in the gym dont count, 90% of ppl in my gym are there,they do sets but they are not training, what they do does not count for training and has no benfits whatsoever, other than they dont eat while pretending to work out.
doing a pathetoc set of cheating non full rom reps, then a 4minute break sitting on chair and writing on phone about "important" stuff, and then rinse repeat that for 40 minutes and then go home "exhausted",thats not training, thats lying to themselves.

2plates each side squats, 15-20 reps, all the way down, not paralel, but balls to heels depth.
then either a 10 second break followed by 20 reps on legpress, then either 10 second break or 1 minute "break" while sprinting-running on the spot, followed immediately by squats again and rinse repeat for 30 minutes or until absolutely cant walk anymore.
and this i call an easy training session takng the piss as far weight is concerned.
but in these 30minutes i do more leg training than more gymrats do in 2motnhs for their legs.
every time after legs, i get home and fal asleep.
i dont count sets, reps, i just do until the pump is so severe until the muscle spills over from water,from the pump.
the fatsos wouldnt even know when this is for they dont have the transparent skin look,too fat.
so yeah before anyone talks about drugs, why dont they put themselves through such little bit training(and this is kinda maintenance programe, to grow the fundament, it was much more ridiculous training,and yeah, dosages).they be traumatized , its easier to hammer the keyboard than training properly.

I just think staying on year round is not only stupid but a waste of money. Look at flex wheeler when he got in that car accident....people stopped calling him flex cause they didn't feel it was appropriate anymore. Few months later boom better than ever.
Yes I do fuck around and train in jeans and on machines but When Im in the gym it's business. The muscle has to be stimulated.but here are some reasons why I come off 3 or four times per year ....
1. this is about fun. your not a pro bodybuilder and nobody is paying you to be one, if your not having fun in the gym your wasting your time.
2. fun comes from results. Id rather come off, and go from 200 and soft to 230 and hard in 4 months, and see changes day to day...then be 230 hard 365 days a year and just get depressed.....abusing myself just to maintain. been there done that and it's stupid...
this is just my opinion but I think if the vast majority of the die hard guys on this board took the autumn off, a year from now....as good as they look they very well might have a better chance of surpassing their current physique a year from now. it has nothing to do with being lazy it's called being smart.

then "only" 30 minutes the follwing(ppl always tell me hey you only train 30minutes and look like that,must be shitload of drugs):
2plates each side squats, 15-20 reps, all the way down, not paralel, but balls to heels depth.
then either a 10 second break followed by 20 reps on legpress, then either 10 second break or 1 minute "break" while sprinting-running on the spot, followed immediately by squats again and rinse repeat for 30 minutes or until absolutely cant walk anymore.
and this i call an easy training session takng the piss as far weight is concerned.
but in these 30minutes i do more leg training than more gymrats do in 2motnhs for their legs.
every time after legs, i get home and fal asleep.
i dont count sets, reps, i just do until the pump is so severe until the muscle spills over from water,from the pump.
the fatsos wouldnt even know when this is for they dont have the transparent skin look,too fat.
so yeah before anyone talks about drugs, why dont they put themselves through such little bit training(and this is kinda maintenance programe, to grow the fundament, it was much more ridiculous training,and yeah, dosages).they be traumatized , its easier to hammer the keyboard than training properly.
i had qiute a couple loudmouths who started some gear and trainign with me set by set, guess what, they all give up within a week.

so yeah, the phsique is always the reflection of what and how one has trained long term, ppl can rest assured that every built guy went through quite the abuse, or nothing would happen.
and then comes diet, without reasonable diet one cant even stand through serious training,so yeah, a physique does indeed speak for itself, drugs no drugs, how much drugs, it dont matter.
if one can keep tight waist on gh, im not sure if ppl know how hard that is, then he knows what hes doing.

I just think staying on year round is not only stupid but a waste of money. Look at flex wheeler when he got in that car accident....people stopped calling him flex cause they didn't feel it was appropriate anymore. Few months later boom better than ever.
Yes I do fuck around and train in jeans and on machines but When Im in the gym it's business. The muscle has to be stimulated.but here are some reasons why I come off 3 or four times per year ....
1. this is about fun. your not a pro bodybuilder and nobody is paying you to be one, if your not having fun in the gym your wasting your time.
2. fun comes from results. Id rather come off, and go from 200 and soft to 230 and hard in 4 months, and see changes day to day...then be 230 hard 365 days a year and just get depressed.....abusing myself just to maintain. been there done that and it's stupid...
this is just my opinion but I think if the vast majority of the die hard guys on this board took the autumn off, a year from now....as good as they look they very well might have a better chance of surpassing their current physique a year from now. it has nothing to do with being lazy it's called being smart.
Maybe less time in the gym and spending money on steroids....
And more time in the library and spending money on college or starting your own business. And im not trolling, sincere advice.

i think 1-2 months off gear yearly and maybe even feew weeks off training do the body well, if its been put under real training stress, not the half ass stuff of the 90%.
but while not happy with the mass thats on the skeleton, going off isnt an option.
besides its the best time in life, strong like orangutan, eating recklessly and growing like popcorn.
do it once non stop and there will be no need anymore for bulking in the future.
ofc flex and levrone could and had to come off at that time and get back in very little time, but they been way past their foundation, they already had it since long time.
so yeah depends, this one bulk where the final mass is built, is best done in 1 go and then never again.
and as soon as posible, as young as possible, the joints and muscles wont play along very well with this after certain age.

I think too the amounts they took in order to carry that level of myscularity played a role in necessitating having to come off. if one was to stay on that much gear year round I wouldn't even want to think of what it might do to your body. also I'd be willing to warrant a good majority of the size they carried was built years prior when they stayed on year round. I honestly don't think it's possible to achieve a level of muscularity like that unless you have used bigger doses year round for some time even as an amature. once you get the size I think it entirely feasible to go off everything like levrone did and hop back on and grow into shape cause that muscle doesn't disappear it will respond as the amounts of anabolics are increased that built it.
I guess it all depends on the 'look' you want. if you need to look like a bro bber then at some point your going to have to push an envelope here or there early on in your career dosage and duration wise. once you get the muscle it's easy to maintain it. much harder to create it.
and like flintstones said they came back better. I have no doubt just the rest the body had, not from anabolics but from training completely played a huge role in their look the following year. I doubt they even had to up the dose at all to improve over previous years just cause of how rested they were.
imo if you want to look great year round not push any envelopes and stay healthy running a base of test at <3-400mg 52 weeks a year then adding in different compounds for different effects at different times of the year will yield you some very good results- esp after having done it for a number of years you'll be able to have a beyond respectable physique year round on what is same near close to HRT doses of test.
but first you have to get there. the road you take depends on the risk vs reward. the shorter road = longer duration of heavy cycles if not using heavy mgs year round. high risk of burnout and health complication w this route. ever notice how all the big dose pros look like shit (fux, ronnie, kamali etc etc) and all the lower dose pros still look great (labrada gaspari benefatto)? there's something to that. the longer road is low dose test year round add in here and there when needed look good all the time and stay healthy and do it for decades.
at the end of the day it depends what you want from it.

We don't really know who is or was a big dose or low dose pro. I've heard second-hand from people who knew Gaspari that he used mega-doses back in the day (I concede its hearsay but the person who told me was definitely in a position to know).
Anyhow, this is all ancedotal and speculative since none of this has never been legitimately studied b/c of legal reasons and people being unwilling to speak openly and honestly about it (the kid who won the contest in Cali who does the Youtube videos not included).
I'm not saying there isn't some value to the discussion but it is what it is due to the limitations I noted.

yeah,noone, imo first year ,this is after one is truly near maxed out natty(not the half ass stuff), 1 year non stop on just hrt test.
not caring to much aout diet, ut not getting fat, staying lower than 10%,which is really easy .
then next year test and then adding some compounds to that, learn how to get shredded etc.
maye do half year on higher doses just for fun and then decide where to go.
this program will not get anyone anywhere near pro level size , ut they will live and not have a gut.from there its kinda madnes and i wouldnt do that personaly,going further.
i oviously camt speak for pros ut i know if i didnt done the years on moderate and at times high doses when young, i wouldnt be anything like today.
and yes the going off ,even training and then phenominaly coming back is the easiest thing, too bad newcomers think they can do the same, but thats not gonna happen.have to pay their dues first,and thats a good thing,or its be too easy.
after such breaks, indeed somehow everything works better, fatburning, metabolism, etc, dont know why.

I can still fluctuate 6lbs in a day
I was 207 at my lowest and am 213 this minute.
Will be around 209 in the morning.
