I always try to train with high-intensity in a short peroid of time when I was young.
But due to my age and injure, now actually I train with higher reps and sets!(try no rest between sets)
Sometime I try the high-intensity which I mention before once a month only.
I am afraid of I will injure again ,if I use the traditional high-intensity principle .

the korean bber was actually twin brothers with almost exact same physique!

Musclecentre, what is the weight training/bodybuilding culture like in asian countries. Is it common to have a gym membership? I just assumed that asian countries attitude to weight training were different to that of USA and Australia for example..."weight training/bodybuilding" is not popular like in USA or Australia.

If I am stuck with a weight on an exercise for a few weeks (considered that my diet and rest have no problem), does that mean I have reached a plateau? If so, how to break this plateau?Basically your workout routine is ok.
For example, for incline dumbbell press, I can do 12 reps with 20lbs, 30 and 35, I can do 8-9 with 40, and 5-6 with 45. I do all those by myself. I know that, for every next work out, I should increase a little bit weight or do a few more reps that what I did last time. But for a few weeks, I can neither add more weight nor do more reps. What should I do?
If I ask someone to spot me to do 1-2 more reps than the last time, does that work?

What's your opinion on Cardio Musclecenter?Cardio is good, but not everything. If you look at lot of elder swimmers, they get plenty of cardio swimming several hours per day. But as they exit the pool, you can see their flabby tits and flabber-sacked stomach (no offense, and with realization that not all swimmers have a flabbersack).
Also, do you have any special recommendations for cutting fat?

Thus, the name of the game is high intensity.
For example, yesterday, I did almost 30 sets on the bench alone with no rest in between. This kind of workout gives you the cardio, but also helps to reach goals of definition and endurance.

I would think doing exercise like rows for example for back would then make the bicep worn down a bit and sore for the next day arm work out. Doesn't it take about 48 hours for a muscle to recover fully? Sorry if it is dumb question, but it is something I always wasn't 100% sure about.
Ha ha ha sore for 40 years ... I like it! :D That was kind of what I thought. I was curious because I always try to leave some time between body parts for rest and recovery. I typically used a 3 day split with good success. I recently changed to a 4 day split for no reason other than bored with the same thing. he called it "density training" and it is a very effective training protocol for creating a very good level of conditioning with lots of "pop" and seperation to one's muscles 8)

So high volume(eps higher reps) training of big muscles are my cardios. ;)

Supersets are great and i love tri sets too. what you did in the video is very advanced and supersetting with the same muscle group is the hardest type of superset, pre exhaust i like too. I can really say unless you are a pro like musclecentre then do not worry about your "Guns".. or about measurements. They will come naturally with training and most importantly..what YOUR genetics will allow.

I´m lucky here because in Germany they have Cycle tracks Parallel to most roads. very Green here and a lot of People cycle around here much more than in the UK.a very large riverside sports park is nearby.

I´m in offseason training right now, weighing 259 lbs. today on a 6 "2" frame. And in 20 Minutes i will go for the next leg workout....which is a serious thing for me, "no talking, no training partner, just me and some heavy iron, my pain, feeling my muscles works...." i love it.....even when people wonder and ask me, "hey charly you are over 50...why do you work so hard...?" same answer "i love it..."

(examples Thomas Scheu who lived just a few minutes away from me, David Hoffmann with whom i sometimes have some talking where Bodybuilding is going to....or Dorian Yates who was my role-model for training back in the 90´s.

"The international German Championship in Natural-BB" sanctioned bei the GNBF (German Natural bodybuilding Federation)"
The contest will be held in the southern part of Germany (between Munich and Stuttgart....City of "Neu-Ulm").
Last weekend i was helping a good friend backstage at the German National championships in Natural-BB. It was the Contest with the most contenders of all German Bodybuilding-Organization in 2014. About 230 Athletes competed. All Tickets where sold out 2-3 weeks before the contest. The GNBF uses 3 different kind of drug testing (urine, blood, hair). The results of the test i don´t know right now ? last year the overall Champ failled at the hair-test. Hope that would not happen this year again.
Also the senior Devisions had a good quality and quantity of Athletes. So some must quit after the elimination round, and only the Top 10 could compete in the final evening show.

what i don´t like on the other side are people who say "this is....this is not...?" because we are all not equal (what is possible for person A is impossible for Person B). I´m training over 34 Years now, and still have a + 20 inch arm naturally, and training on a level most roid user in the Gyms i train can´t do. My "breakdown" after stopping roids some years ago was moderate, because my roids intake where always moderate and only for 2-3 months cycle. Training, eating, naturally is the groundbase of Bodybuilding. Roids + other medications let you progress more, but if you will train lifetime on a good level there is one way "Natural BB".

Same here but if I owned a gym and could train when I pleased might be different story. Working/commuting 50-60 hours is not conducive to consistent 6 days a week workout routines.

that´s i heard from many "older" (60 +) Bodybuilders...."in the late 50´s to early 60´s the loss of muscles mass is greater than the years before"....not a easy Situation when you want to stay natural and want enjoy your Hobby and Training. But it also show how much you love and respect the Sport of Bodybuilding. One friend of mine is 73 now...he still competes in benchpress-competition, and was a national BB-Champion in the Seniors-class + 50 and + 60 years. He still Looks like a Bodybuilder. I´m training now 38 years in a row. For me as a mid 50 Athlete it´s a good result when i Keep my actual Level for another year....hoping aging will not start to soon.thanks for your respond, good luck

That depends on the persons biomechanics.
It's not that I don't believe you, but I haven't seen anyone so far who's stronger with a smaller stance, say more narrow than someones schoulders. There's a good reason why you see wide stances all the time on any powerlift meet.

Agreed for powerlifting - bar down the back - heels raised - wide stance - back tilt forward - all advantageous Biomechanics to lift heavier weights.
My comments were directed in a bodybuilding sense.
For greater leg stimulation - and less low back involvement.
